Description

What is Antige?

New‑generation microneedling radiofrequency is designed to overcome surface injury and pain associated with conventional ablative lasers.
Insulation‑coated fine needles directly penetrate the dermis and deliver controlled RF energy to create precise coagulation columns. This stimulates collagen and elastin production for texture refinement, pore reduction, scar remodelling, and skin tightening — while minimising epidermal damage and downtime.

  • Insulated microneedles: RF at target depth, sparing epidermis
  • Adjustable depth: 36/49-pin; optional touch tip
  • 18 bipolar channels; up to 40W;1/2 MHz
  • Downtime 1 – 2 days; low PIH risk
  • Smart / manual / touch mode

System

Main body + robotic handpiece • Disposable needle tips • Colour touchscreen

  • Energy delivered per second to target tissue units for efficient thermal coagulation.
  • Focused deposition at the needle tip concentrates heat in defined dermal columns.

Needle Types:

Clinical Indications

Evidence-based use cases for treatments with insulated and non-insulated needle options

  • Large pores
  • Acne-prone skin
  • Superficial – deep acne scars
  • Skin laxity/lifting (cheek, jawline, and neck)
  • Fine line and texture refinement

Why not just CO2 laser?

Deeper targets typically demand longer or higher-energy laser exposure, which increases epidermal injury and downtime. In contrast, RF microneedling delivers focused energy at depth while minimizing surface damage

Modes & UI

  • Smart – guided parameters for common indications
  • Manual – fine-tune energy, depth, and passes per zone
  • Touch – for touch-type needle workflows

Post-care Guidance

Cooling and UV protection are critical to comfort and safety

  • Immediate and continuous cooling for ~40-60 minutes (roller/ice)
  • Generous moisturising; SPF ≥50 and reapply every ~2 hours for 1 month
  • Expect oedema ~1-2 days; erythema ~2-3 days; micro-sough resolves in ~10-15 days (do not pick)
  • Avoid sauna/strenuous exercise; avoid alcohol-based cosmetics and scrubs
